Liz pressed her lips together. Her gaze ventured over to Peter for a moment with a sort of expression that people had when they were hesitant to speak about something in front of him.
"I think..." She had no idea about the time at the cliff or the few times her powers manifested quietly before now. "Well... I got sick when Mr. Stark told me about... What happens to Peter."
She suddenly realized she didn't feel nauseous like she had been since then. She wasn't as clammy either, like her body was back in control instead of losing some sort of internal battle.
Liz thought - what was it that she had felt? Scared, sure, but she had been scared before and nothing happened. Her eyes fell back to Peter. "I remember feeling upset at the time and also that I didn't know a way to help him." There was the smallest of sparks that appeared, though Liz wasn't aware.
